As the Internet is now the most obvious place for potential clients to look up your business, why not have a short promotional video rather than reams of text?
With the rise of social media such as Facebook & Twitter, and the ease of streaming from sites such as Vimeo and YouTube, now has never been a better time to promote your business, get your message across and engage your customers with a promotional video.
A short video will hook your customers more effectively than pages of text as video engages like no other media. It will demonstrate exactly what your product or service does and can be easily linked to your social media page.
Training videos are also popular. So many people will look at a training video on YouTube rather than read an instruction manual or ‘pay through the nose’ for someone to do the job for them.
A video of your event will capture the positive atmosphere, the excitement and the energy. It will also enhance the purpose of the event and engage the viewer leaving no doubt in their mind as to what your message is.

CFM Promotional Film.
CFM Radio is based in Carlisle and broadcasts to Cumbria and South West Scotland. We made a short promotional film for CFM to promote the station to potential advertisers.
The word spread about the excellent quality of the output of the radio station and the promotional film was cited as a major influence of the increase in revenue for the station, and the listenership.
There have been other short films made for radio stations including Tower FM (Bury & Bolton), 102.4 Wish FM (Wigan & St. Helens) and Key 103 (Manchester).
Hedon Silver Show.
Hedon is a town on the outskirts of Hull with a vast history. One thing that Hedon is famous for is its collection of silver.
Every so often the silver is displayed and a presentation is given by Dr. Martin Craven, a local historian, on the silver, its heritage and what it means to Hedon.
A short film was made for Hedon Town Council about the silver show.
Sexy Does Blackpool
A showreel for a talented presenter who was asked to record a piece to camera about a subject he was au fait with. Neil Sexton (Sexy) did wrote a short presentation about Blackpool which we filmed and produced. This was recorded on D8 tape in 2001.
This film won numerous awards in film makers competitions.
10 Minute Tour of New York
Many people take video footage of their holidays and we are no different. We then put together a short, whistle-stop tour of New York City and produced a 10 minute film. This film has won numerous awards in film makers competitions.
In 1974 Saddleworth Morris Men were formed and, one year later, they revived a long since died out tradition of building a cart of rushes, dragging it through the villages of Saddleworth near Manchester, and ending up at St Chad’s Church in Uppermill for the Rush Bearing service.
This has now been an annual event ever since and is one of the largest Morris festivals in the UK.
Tower MediaUK produced a 20 minute documentary of Saddleworth Rushcart. This was then released on DVD and is available for purchase from The Morris Shop
Withernsea International Pirate Festival
Every year Withernsea, on the east Yorkshire coast, plays host to a pirate festival that is known worldwide.
Pirates from all round the globe come to this huge event and join in the festivities. There’s free entertainment all weekend.
There’s also a photo montage film been made for Withernsea International Pirate Festival
The McIntosh History.
This was a filmed made in Scotland looking at the history of the McIntosh clan and how they had an effect on history. It was produced in association with Stoke Cine & Video Society.
We have produced a large number of photo montages to pieces of music.
One was for South Holderness Technology College’s production of ‘Allo ‘Allo,
The Photo Montage for the Withernsea International Pirate Festival can be seen above.
Many photo videos have been for families who wanted keepsakes of their children growing up. Obviously, these are private to the families concerned so are not available to the public. However, to see an example we have put together a montage of filming pictures taken between 1992 when we first started right up to the present day.
